• Customers may request a return for credit within 20 days for all non-custom products. Shipping costs are not applicable.
• No returns are permitted on customized equipment or custom software.
• Equipment is generally under a minimum one-year warranty from the manufacturer and can be sent back to them for repair or replacement if there is a defect.

2. MSS Software will contact you within 1 business day. A repair authorization (RA) order will be created with the information provided in the form.
3. If a charge/fee is applicable, you will be asked to approve that before any service is conducted.
4. Shipping information will be included in the RA.
