FIPS 140-2 Barcode Scanners

The FIPS Cordless BarCode Scanners (Federal Information Processing Standard) 140-2 Certification are designed to be used is highly sensitive areas where data security is a priority.  These scanners are popular with US federal government agencies because they comply with FIPS 140-2 Level 1 certification and DoD 8500 compliance with a STIG checklist. The scanners  are available in batch (no Wi-Fi) or with Wi-Fi only configurations.  FIPS Class 2 Cordless BarCode 140-2 scanners do not feature options found on consumer devices such as microphones, memory card slots, or cameras.   A CAC/PIV reader accessory is available.
