Transaction Tracker consists of a barcode reader to collect the necessary data and the Transaction Tracker Utility software. Also, a Master List or spreadsheet template is needed in order to create the necessary output in creating packing slips and shipping reports, etc. Transaction tracker allows you to perform the following functions:
Overview
This simple, yet powerful program allows you to easily take transaction files from a barcode reader and match them up the fields within a Master Template. Specifically, Transaction Tracker matches up the barcode numbers of the field in the transaction file to the same field in the Master template. The information is pulled into one spreadsheet from both the transaction and Master files. This will allow you to use this new spreadsheet data in various reports by cutting and pasting. Depending on the program contained in the barcode reader, you may be able to collect data such as Job#, ID of Scanner, Product Codes and quantities.
