The Z Series printers are made to withstand a rugged environment. They feature a die-cast aluminum base, frame and printhead mechanism, as well as a metal media cover with a large clear window. Their high-speed printing, at 10 inches per second, industry-leading throughput and rugged reliability increases worker productivity. You have the option to upgrade to RFID smart labeling whenever you would like.

This is an extremely versatile barcode label printer. There are up to six interface ports that can be used simultaneously. These includes RS-232C serial port, high-speed, bi-directional parallel interface, USB 2.0, ZebraNet Wireless Plus Print Server, ZebraNet 10/100 Print Server, and Print Server. The quick change printhead and platen eliminates hassles and the need to call a service technician. The printhead is replaced quickly and easily and is protected by its die-cast aluminum structure. The handy, inexpensive and PC-compatible Compact Flash memory technology provides quick and easy upgrades of firmware, fonts and memory.
