Pricing Information
Rental is by the week (any 5 consecutive work days).  Equipment must be shipped back on the fifth day to avoid an additional weekly charge.  The rental week begins on the arrival date agreed-upon by MSS Software and the customer, or the date of actual receipt, whichever comes last. For example, if you request the equipment for delivery on a Monday, we will ship it so it will arrive Monday at the very latest. You must ship it back to us by Friday evening for a one-week rental.

Reservations are on a first come, first served basis.  Peak inventory periods are at the end of a quarter, especially year-end.  A reservation is confirmed when you complete a rental agreement form and send a purchase order or provide a credit card number.   You may order online or print out a form to complete and fax to us.

Rental prices are $150 per reader per week for Intermec and RF Readers (T2425, 2435, 700, etc.).  $100/wk per reader for small batch units and $25/wk for scanners only. We also provide accessories such as batteries, battery chargers, communication cables and docks at no extra charge, as needed.
