Re-Barcode Software

This program allows you to enter a new barcode number for all your products. Suppose you have a warehouse full of products that have an SKU number and you need to update the database with the UPC code of each product. By using this simple program, you can locate the items by their location or Product # and scan in each product's UPC code into a new column in you database on a handheld reader. It's simple to use and will save you time and money through better accuracy.

Rent-It! and Save
No need to invest in a lot of equipment either. Since this is usually a one-time affair, you just rent what you need and send back the equipment when you are done. The rental equipment comes already configured so you just have to use it.  Your database is updated and you are able to continue with what your company does best.  

SKU to UPC Example 
Follow this example of a Wine Company who has a complete warehouse of products but everything is marked with a SKU#. The requirement is to use the UPC code that already comes with the wine. You either have to go out with a listing of the products on a sheet and manually fill in the UPC code for each product and re-type that into your computer or you could do the following:

Download the complete database into a handheld barcode reader. Walk up to a location, for example, A 10B, and type or scan that number into the search field on the handheld. The  handheld shows the first product SKU, description and vintage for that location with a blank field for the UPC code which you only need to scan into the handheld. You're all set. You've now collected the new UPC code into the database of the handheld. When you're done, all you need to do is download or update the database with this new information. This can be done by synching the database tables so that the new information from the handheld is updating the database on the PC.
