Inspect your fire extinguishers the easy way—by using barcoding. Our Fire Extinguisher Inspection Software works with the a cell phone-sized barcode reader and is easy to use. You can inspect and collect both the location and condition of the fire extinguisher. With this data, safety inspectors are able to record which fire extinguishers are working properly and which ones need repair, replacement or attention.

With our Fire Extinguisher Inspection Software, each fire extinguisher is labeled with a barcode. If the fire extinguisher location is also labeled with barcodes, then you simply scan the location, and then scan all the fire extinguishers in that location. The barcode reader issues simple prompts to assist you with the inspection. When you are finished, the data collected in the barcode reader is then downloaded into a file and then brought into a updated excel spreadsheet using our simple utilities where future scrutiny may be needed.
