Q:	How can I get a quote for a product or service? We are happy to prepare a quote you. There are several ways to get a quote: Call 800-428-8643. Send us an e-mail at sales@mss-software.com. Fax a request to 703-783-0319.
Q:	How do I order? There are several ways to order: Use our online e-commerce website for off-the-shelf products. Call us at 800-428-8643, and place your order by phone with a credit card. We take MasterCard, Visa and American Express. Fax us a purchase order or rental order to 703-783-0319. Mail a purchase order to: MSS Software, 2929 Eskridge Road, Suite TS-2, Fairfax, VA 22031
Q:	How do you ship? We normally ship UPS or Fed Ex and can also ship overnight or two-day delivery, if needed. We will send you a tracking number by email, when your order ships.
Q:	What are your standard payment terms? For phone orders, we charge your credit card when the product ships. For purchase orders, our payment terms are Net 30.
Q:	What does MSS Software do? We help companies solve data collection problems by evaluating needs and recommending the best barcode equipment, media and software for the job. Since we represent several major barcode manufacturers, we can find the right equipment for you. Whether you need a small, economical solution or a large system, MSS Software can help define your needs and identify the right barcode solution. We have been in the barcoding business for over 20 years, and our specialists are experts in the data collection field.
Q:	What is the lead time for an order? Many of our products and software are in stock and can ship next day. Some more specialized products or large orders can take up to two weeks for shipping. If there will be a longer wait time, we will let you know.
Q:	What kind of guarantee or warranty does MSS Software offer? You may return any non-custom products within 30 days of purchase for a refund. Original packaging is required, and shipping costs are non-refundable.
