The only difference between these two barcode label printers is the width of the print head. Available as a 2" print head or a 4" print head, you choose depending on the type of labels you intend to use on them (2" width or up to 4" width). For most jobs such as asset tracking and simple inventory tracking applications, the 2" print head is sufficient. Also, because we only recommend thermal transfer labels and ribbons for these printers, you can be sure that you will be getting long lasting barcode labels for your equipment. With each barcode label printer we include special long lasting polyester labels and ribbons as well as complete instructions and software to get you started. The software allows you to print sequentially numbered barcodes and text as well as to put your company logo or other graphics on the label.
