The kit contains a portable barcode printer, portable reader/scanner and inventory software.  It also allows you to print barcode tags for your assets as you go.  

Collecting data is done by scanning the barcode but if this is a first time inventory or you need to print out new labels for missing ones, you are able to print on the spot.  

This kit allow your company to easily conduct on-going physical inventories and transfer the collected data into spreadsheets of information containing such fields as location, manufacturer, model, and serial number.   Using the portable barcode reader/scanner to capture the information and portable barcode printer to print out missing tags, will allow you to quickly get control of your assets.  This specialized inventory software features:
