- MSS Software has a 21-day return policy for all non-custom products and kits. However, you will not be refunded for shipping costs.
- No returns are permitted on customized equipment or custom software.
- Equipment is generally under a minimum one-year warranty from the manufacturer and can be sent back to them for repair or replacement if there is a defect.
- For repairs, we will give you an estimate on the services before they are performed.
- All items must be returned in their original packaging.
- Call us first to get a RMA number. Then, ship it back to us using that RMA number.
